John C. Menihan was a lithographer and painter/muralist who studied with master lithographer Bolton Brown at his studio in Zena, New York. In the late 1930s, Menihan exhibited his works at the Los Angeles Museum of Fine Art and at the 1939 World's Fair in New York. His work is represented in the collections of the British Museum in London, the Boston Athenaeum, the Library of Congress in Washington, DC, and other institutions.
